At Sparkle.ie we guarantee your complete satisfaction. If any of our products or the quality of our service is not to your satisfaction, let us know and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
We truly believe that we offer the best value for money in Ireland on 100% certified diamonds. If you find an equivalent diamond, from a reputable high street or online retailer that we can verify is in stock and available to purchase and not a one off sale price, we will match it.

In the unlikely event that the diamond you have chosen is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent or better quality stone for the exact same price. You will be notified if this is the case and you are under no obligation to continue with the purchase.
If you do decide to go ahead with the order, you may still take advantage of our 30 day money back guarantee.

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Procedure
1. In order to process a return, contact our Customer Service department at 1850 211 791.
2. Mark the parcel as a Return and include all documentation that was issued with the order.
3. Give a brief description as to why the item is being returned.
4. Ship parcel to Sparkle.ie using An Post Registered post with insurance.
5. Ship the parcel to our sales office, located at:

6. Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location.
7. All refunds will be processed within five days and done in the form of the original purchase method.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Sparkle.ie will not be accepted.
Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a 100 Euro charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders are not returnable. In addition, any engagement ring design sold without a center diamond may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Eternity bands cannot usually be resized and must be completely remanufactured. For that reason it is very important you order the correct size at the time of original purchase.
