We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

We are proud of all the fine quality jewelry we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

30 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchases, we offer all our customers a 30 day money-back guarantee from receipt of delivery.

To organize a Return, email us at sales@sparkle.ie, quote your order reference number and your reason for returning the product.

Unfortunately, Sparkle.ie cannot accept a return of customized products (engravings etc).

Also, any charges incurred by us in relation to this return will be payable by the Returnee. All items are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

All returned items must include the original documentation, jewellery shipping boxes or other packaging material, and labels:

IMPORTANT NOTES

All deliveries must be made to a verifiable, physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For your protection, certain orders may only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate address. If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your billing address, please notify your credit card company of this alternate address prior to placing your order.

For security reasons, all shipments require an authorized signature when delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
